Lasagne
This calls on two of the basic recipes - Bolognese and White Sauce.
Bolognese (basic) (special)
2 pints White Sauce
115g / 4 oz grated cheese
A large tin, and enough lasagne sheets to make at least 3 layers in said tin.
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6 / 200 degrees C / 400 degrees F, assuming your lasagne sheets need no precooking and you have cooked the bolognese and white sauce freshly. Place a layer of sheets in the tin, and add a layer of bolognese. Add another layer of bolognese, mixed with half the white sauce. Add the final layer of pasta, then the other half of the white sauce. Spread the cheese over the top, and place in the oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese is brown.
