Chilli Con Carne

1kg / 2 lb beef mince / cubes
2 beef stock cubes
3 onions
4 cloves of garlic
Worcestershire sauce
2 tins chopped tomatoes
4 fresh chillies
1 tin kidney beans
Olive Oil

Put a little olive oil in a pan on a high heat. Chop the onions and chillies and place them in the pan. Crush the garlic into the pan, add the beef and crumble in the stock cubes and add the cumin. Cook this combination until the meat has browned and the onions are softer. Reduce the heat to medium and add the tomatoes and kidney beans, and add the rosemary and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Simmer for about half an hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
