Chocolate Fudge Cake

Cake of doom

This combines two of the other recipes - chocolate fudge and victoria sponge.

Chocolate Fudge, freshly cooked and slightly cooled (to make it easier to work with)
2 x Victoria Sponge

A cake board

Place one sponge upside down on a cake board. Put a (medium thin) layer of fudge on top and over the sides to completely cover it. Place other sponge on top of this, then cover completely with remaining fudge. Leave to set before attempting to serve.
