This is a very simple recipe. Ice cream makers tend to give better results than just straight freezing. If you do use an ice cream maker, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Creme Fraiche Ice Cream
500ml Creme fraiche
80ml Lemon juice
300g Caster sugar
240ml Milk
Mix all ingredients until smooth. (My suggested order is to beat the creme fraiche with the sugar, then add the lemon juice and milk.) Freeze.
